This patch allows the preprocessor to offer suggestions for misspelled
directives, taking us from e.g.:

 #endfi
  ^~~~~

to:

test.c:5:2: error: invalid preprocessing directive #endfi; did you mean #endif?
 #endfi
  ^~~~~
  endif
