Subject: [PATCH] README.Portability: Change "ISO C89" to "ISO C90".

	* README.Portability: Change "ISO C89" to "ISO C90".
	* c-parse.in (primary, initelt): Likewise.

testsuite:
	* gcc.dg/c90-init-1.c: Adjust expected error messages.
