Subject: [PATCH] libstdc++: Simplify typedefs by using __UINTPTR_TYPE__

libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

	* include/ext/pointer.h (_Relative_pointer_impl::_UIntPtrType):
	Rename to uintptr_t and define as __UINTPTR_TYPE__.
