##   Visual Studio Code / VS Codium Extension for CBL-GDB

This is where the build package for the COBOLworx VSC debugging extension for GnuCOBOL/CBL-GDB executables lives.

It is based on a "...free and unencumbered software released into the public domain..." debugging extension called [Native Debug](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=webfreak.debug).  It was placed in the Microsoft VisualStudio Marketplace by "WebFreak". 

It has been modified, seriously in places, to interact with the CBL-GDB Python.

If you plan on messing with it, I seriously recommend 1) Laying in a supply of strong NSAID headache remedies, and 2) carefully reading CblGdbExt/CblGdb/development-notes.md.  Every time I have to change anything, especially if it means debugging the VSC debugging extension to the Python debugging extensions to the GDB debugger (See what I mean?) I have to carefully reread it, and I wrote the furshlugginer thing.
