This version is aligned with version 4.1 of cbl-gdb, which in turn depends on
the -fdump=all with LOCAL-STORAGE and the REDEFINES comments

Eliminate the ')' that replaced empty strings; replace it with '""'.  Build in _groupvalue= processing

* fixing some URLs and adding some more in (especially to the OPEN VSX Registry)
* changed "source build" to come later

Some directory renaming to avoid confusion with cbl-gdb.  References to Symas/Camelian changed to COBOLworx.
