AddEmUp():

catch gdb evaluation errors
pass it the tokens and index so those may be printed on an error

additional:

CobolVariable(): fix some issues including linter and DumpJustAboutEverything() by using correct types
DumpJustAboutEverything(): fixed by checking for valid values
several linter fixes
