i386: Remove RAO-INT from Grand Ridge

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* config/i386/driver-i386.cc (host_detect_local_cpu): Do not
	set Grand Ridge depending on RAO-INT.
	* config/i386/i386.h: Remove PTA_RAOINT from PTA_GRANDRIDGE.
	* doc/invoke.texi: Adjust documentation.
