URLStreamHandler.java (parseURL): If original file ends with "/", so must canonical result. 

	* java/net/URLStreamHandler.java (parseURL): If original file
	ends with "/", so must canonical result.
	* java/io/natFilePosix.cc (getCanonicalPath): Clean up snafus
	with nul-termination and finding previous "/".
