        * c-cppbuiltin.c (c_cpp_builtins): Do not define __GXX_WEAK__ to 1
        if !flag_weak.
        * doc/cpp.texi (__DEPRECATED): Document.
        (__EXCEPTIONS): Likewise.
        (__GXX_WEAK__): Likewise.
