	(equals): Use memcmp.
	(contentEquals): Likewise.
	(getChars): Use memcpy.
	(toCharArray): Likewise.
	(regionMatches): Use memcmp.
	(regionMatches): Likewise.
	(startsWith): Likewise.
	(concat): Use memcpy.
	(valueOf): Likewise.
