s-linux-mips.ads: Rename from s-linux-mipsel.ads. 

	* s-linux-mips.ads: Rename from s-linux-mipsel.ads.
	* gcc-interface/Makefile.in (MIPS/Linux): Merge mips and mipsel
	sections.
