Handle GFC_STD_UNSIGNED like a standard in error messages. 

gcc/fortran/ChangeLog:

	* error.cc (notify_std_msg): Handle GFC_STD_UNSIGNED.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gfortran.dg/unsigned_37.f90: New test.
