tree.c (need_assembler_name_p): Abstract decls do not need an assembler name.

	* tree.c (need_assembler_name_p): Abstract decls do not need
	an assembler name.
	* dwarf2out.c (dwarf2out_abstract_function): Preserve
	DECL_ABSTRACT properly.
