machmode.h (get_mode_alignment): Declare. 

	* machmode.h (get_mode_alignment): Declare.
	(GET_MODE_ALIGNMENT): Call it.
	* stor-layout.c (get_mode_alignment): New function. Make
	sure alignment is always power of 2.
