re PR bootstrap/27674 (make -j3 all-gcc fails when building natively)

	PR 27674
	* Makefile.tpl (configure-[+prefix+][+module+],
	all-[+prefix+][+module+]): Depend on stage_current if bootstrapping.
	Remove rule to unstage bootstrapped modules.
	(stage_current): New.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
