tlink.c (initial_cwd): New variable.

	* tlink.c (initial_cwd): New variable.
	(tlink_init): Initialize it.
	(recompile_files): Use tlink_execute() instead of system().  Don't
	duplicate verbose output of collect_execute.  Restore initial_cwd.
	Update comment before the function.
