libgfortran: Fix file position after ENDFILE statement. 

	PR libfortran/107031

libgfortran/ChangeLog:

	* io/file_pos.c (st_endfile): Remove call to next_record().

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gfortran.dg/endfile_5.f90: New test.
