sol2-bi.h (PREFERRED_DEBUGGING_TYPE): Set to DWARF2_DEBUG unconditionally. 

	* config/sparc/sol2-bi.h (PREFERRED_DEBUGGING_TYPE): Set
	to DWARF2_DEBUG unconditionally.
	(ASM_DEBUG_SPEC): Set the default to --gdwarf2 unconditionally.
