configure.in: Check whether it is necessary to link against libm to use ldexp. 

	* configure.in: Check whether it is necessary to link against
	libm to use ldexp.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* Makefile.in: Add LDEXP_LIB substitution variable.
	* java/Make-lang.in: Link jcf-dump against $(LDEXP_LIB).
