gimple-iterator.c (gimple_find_edge_insert_loc): Use gimple_seq_empty_p to test for no PHI nodes. 

* gimple-iterator.c (gimple_find_edge_insert_loc): Use
        gimple_seq_empty_p to test for no PHI nodes.
        * tree-cfg.c (split_critical_edges): Likewise.
