gnat-style.texi, [...]: Remove RCS tags. 

	* gnat-style.texi, gnat_rm.texi, gnat_ugn.texi: Remove RCS tags.
	Replace ifinfo by ifnottex, to make makeinfo --html happy again.
	Add info directory entry and category.
