	* config/darwin-protos.h (machopic_non_lazy_ptr_name): Delete
	prototype.  Clean up some whitespace.
	* config/darwin.c: Use gen_rtx_FOO (...) rather than
	gen_rtx (FOO, ...).
	(machopic_non_lazy_ptr_name): Make static.
	(name_needs_quotes): Allow '.' and '$' unquoted.
	(machopic_legitimize_pic_address): Improve codegen in dynamic-no-pic
	case.
