invoke.texi (SPARC options): Document -mlra as the default. 

	* doc/invoke.texi (SPARC options): Document -mlra as the default.
	* config/sparc/sparc.c (sparc_option_override): Force LRA unless
	-mlra/-mno-lra was passed to the compiler.
