atomic.h: Don't include stdint.h or features.h. 

	* config/tilepro/atomic.h: Don't include stdint.h or features.h.
	Replace int64_t with long long.  Add __extension__ where
	appropriate.
	* config/tilepro/atomic.c: Include config.h.
