Define VECTOR_STORE_FLAG_VALUE 

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* config/i386/i386.h (VECTOR_STORE_FLAG_VALUE): New macro.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
	* gcc.dg/rtl/x86_64/vector_eq.c: New test.
