	(dump_ada_nodes): Call dump_ada_declaration directly.
	(struct with): Change type of limited field to bool.
	(append_withs): Change type of limited_access parameter to bool.
	(pp_ada_tree_identifie): Likewise.
	(dump_ada_decl_nam): Likewise.
	(dump_generic_ada_node): Likewise.  Do not print the return type.
