re PR bootstrap/52414 (syntax error in VERSION script) 

	PR bootstrap/52414
	* src/Makefile.am (libstdc++-symbols.ver): Only remove comment lines
	if they are at the beginning of lines (with optional whitespace before
	#).
	* src/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
