        * ltcf-c.sh (aix4): Improve shared library configuration; require
        exporting symbols.
        * ltcf-cxx.sh (aix4): Define.
        * ltconfig (aix4): Define library and soname specs appropriate for
        AIX.  Define command to create export symbols list.
