c++.exp: Append multilib library path. 

	* testsuite/libgomp.c++/c++.exp: Append multilib library path.
	* testsuite/libgomp.fortran/fortran.exp: Same.
	* testsuite/libgomp.c/c.exp: Same.
	* testsuite/lib/libgomp.exp: Append AIX libgcc pthread multilib
	directory to library path first.
