elf.h (STARTFILE_SPEC): Never include crt0.o.

        * config/mips/elf.h (STARTFILE_SPEC): Never include crt0.o.
        * config/mips/elf64.h (STARTFILE_SPEC): Likewise.
        * config/mips/isa3264.h (STARTFILE_SPEC): Do not redefine.
