	* doc/xsl/customization.xsl.in: New.
	* configure.ac: Output local copy of customization xsl.
	* doc/Makefile.am (stamp-html-single-docbook): Use XSL_LOCAL_STYLE.
	(stamp-html-docbook): Set stringparam to UTF-8.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerated.
	* configure: Same.
	* doc/Makefile.in: Same.
