libstdc++-v3-dg.exp (libstdc++-v3-init): Set all of LD_LIBRARY_PATH, SHLIB_PATH, LD_LIBRARYN32_PATH, LD_LIBRARY64_PATH.

	* testsuite/lib/libstdc++-v3-dg.exp (libstdc++-v3-init): Set all
	of LD_LIBRARY_PATH, SHLIB_PATH, LD_LIBRARYN32_PATH,
	LD_LIBRARY64_PATH.
