	* scanner.c (include_line): Handle conditional include.

	* testsuite/libgomp.fortran/condinc1.f: New test.
	* testsuite/libgomp.fortran/condinc2.f: New test.
	* testsuite/libgomp.fortran/condinc3.f90: New test.
	* testsuite/libgomp.fortran/condinc4.f90: New test.
	* testsuite/libgomp.fortran/condinc1.inc: New file.
