libbacktrace: don't let "make clean" remove allocfail.sh

	* Makefile.am (MAKETESTS): New variable split out of TESTS.
	(CLEANFILES): Replace TESTS with BUILDTESTS and MAKETESTS.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
