	* configure.in (gcc_AC_C_VOLATILE, gcc_AC_C_LONG_DOUBLE): Don't
	call these macros.
	* config.in, configure: Regenerated.

	* ansidecl.h: Delete HAVE_LONG_DOUBLE GCC bootstrap support.
