	* java/net/URLClassLoader.java (getCanonicalFileURL): New method.
	(JarURLLoader): Use it.
	(FileURLLoader): Likewise.
	(JarURLResource.getURL): Use chained exception.
	(FileResource.getURL): Likewise.
	(FileURLLoader.getResource): Use canonical file name.
	(addURL): Indentation fix.
