arm.c (output_return_instruction): Only restore IP into SP if frame_pointer_needed. 

	* config/arm/arm.c (output_return_instruction): Only restore IP
	into SP if frame_pointer_needed.

	* gcc.dg/arm-mmx-1.c: New test.
