libgcc2.c (__floatdisf, [...]): Don't use IBM Extended Double TFmode. 

	* libgcc2.c (__floatdisf, __floatdidf): Don't use IBM Extended
	Double TFmode.
	(__floatundisf, __floatundidf): Likewise.
	* libgcc2.h (IS_IBM_EXTENDED): Define.
