src-release: Stop distributing mmalloc with gdb (which doesn't use it).

	* src-release: Stop distributing mmalloc with gdb (which doesn't
	use it).
	* Makefile.def: GDB doesn't depend on mmalloc anymore.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
