re PR libgomp/25942 (SVN checked out GCC does not bootstrap) 

        PR libgomp/25942
        * configure.ac: Add AM_MAINTAINER_MODE.
        * Makefile.in, aclocal.m4, configure, testsuite/Makefile.in: Rebuild.
