	* sem_ch3.adb (OK_For_Limited_Init_In_05): Allow calls to 'Input to
	initialize a limited object.
	(Build_Derived_Record_Type): Add missing check of rules ARM 3.9.4
	13/2 and 14/2.
	Make sure Has_Complex_Representation is inherited by derived type.
