	* Makefile.in: Add install-html, install-html-am, and
	install-html-recursive targets. Define mkdir_p and 
	NORMAL_INSTALL. 
	* configure.ac: AC_SUBST datarootdir, docdir, htmldir.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* testsuite/Makefile.in: Add install-html and html targets.
