	* doc/invoke.texi: Document -march=xlr.
	* config/mips/xlr.md: New file.
	* config/mips/mips.md: Include it.
	(cpu): Add "xlr".
	* config/mips/mips.h (PROCESSOR_XLR): New processor_type.
	* config/mips/mips.c (mips_cpu_info_table): Add an XLR entry.
	(mips_rtx_cost_data): Likewise.
