	* match.pd: Implement a first set of conversion patterns.
	* fold-const.c (fold_unary_loc): Remove them here.
	* tree-ssa-forwprop.c (simplify_vce): Remove.
	(pass_forwprop::execute): Do not call simplify_vce.
