re PR target/60451 (X86 vectorization improve: pack instead of pshufb)

	* config/i386/i386.c (expand_vec_perm_even_odd_pack): New.
	(expand_vec_perm_even_odd_1): Add new expand for V8HI mode,
	replace for V16QI, V16HI and V32QI modes.
	(ix86_expand_vec_perm_const_1): Add new expand.
