configure, [...]: Rebuild. 

	* configure, config.h.in: Rebuild.
	* configure.ac: Use GLIBCXX_CHECK_SDT_H.  Don't check for
	sys/sdt.h.
	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_CHECK_SDT_H): New defun.
