Replace another missed iterative_hash_object

I missed one that's actually hit quite a lot, hashing of the canonical
type TYPE_HASH.

gcc/cp/
	* pt.cc (iterative_hash_template_arg): Use iterative_hash_hashval_t
	to hash TYPE_HASH.
