        * libio/iofwide.c:  And here.
        * libio/libio.h:  And here.

        * config/os/solaris/solaris2.7/bits/ctype_noninline.h:  Remove
          exception specification to match declaration.
        * include/bits/locale_facets.tcc:  Include bits/std_clocale.h.
