config:
	* enable.m4: New file.
	* tls.m4: New file.
libmudflap:
	* aclocal.m4, configure: Rebuilt.
	* configure.ac: Use GCC_CHECK_TLS.
	* acinclude.m4 (LIBMUDFLAP_CHECK_TLS, LIBMUDFLAP_ENABLE): Moved
	to ../config.
