symbian.h (SUBTARGET_ASM_FLOAT_SPEC): Default to -mfpu=vfp -march=armv5t 

	* config/arm/symbian.h (SUBTARGET_ASM_FLOAT_SPEC): Default to
	-mfpu=vfp -march=armv5t
	* config/arm/t-symbian: Change multilib to mfloat-aby=softfp.
